Eliana Parker is a Spanish native from Ecuador who started teaching Spanish twenty years ago at the University of Kansas, where she also obtained two Master degrees, one of them as a Fulbright scholar. Prof. Parker has been teaching Spanish at the George Washington University since 2011, and has taught Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels. She has served as regular part-time faculty and offered tutoring for advanced levels and for writing skills. Additionally, Prof. Parker has extensively traveled to Latin America in her role as a Program Officer for non-profit organizations, which allows her to share a comprehensive view of Hispanic culture in her classes.
