Hadia Anaye

Hadia Anaye is from Lille, northern France. She studied at the University of Lille 3 Charles de Gaulle where she first received her bachelor’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English & Spanish) and her master’s degree in International Affairs. Then, she decided to specialize in Interculturality and International Cooperation with her second master’s degree at Lille 3, where she studied the interaction between the cultures and their impact at the international level. Languages have always been her passion. She taught French and Arabic languages as well as its civilizations and cultures at Trinity University and at the Foreign Service Institute for the State Department for several years.

She joined GWU in 2016 where she has been teaching advanced level FR2005 and FR2006. Her priority has always been to develop new teaching strategies and styles to help students enjoy as much as possible their classroom experience.
